Pike Out White Out

Woke up this morning and there's all snow on my tail again. Underfloor heating in the showers indeed? When will they think about a bit of comfort for the poor pike? Snow wonder I'm cold.

It's not big & it's not clever

I spied this a few days ago in the Eastern Daily Pike. Seems like it's getting harder to get away with driving like a nutter on the rivers now. Good thing too, I hate getting my laptop splashed as they whizz past in a blurrrr. So next time Steve Wright gives you a friendly wave - slow down!

Fish defrosted

It's been a while fish fans, but I've got my laptop defrosted now so happy new year. Today I've been watching Ash's boys finish the drainage at the bottom of the campsite, whilst Ritch & Gary have been smashing hell out of the shower block. Apparently we're having 10 'luxury' showers with underfloor heating, toilets and heaven knows what else. Has nobody told them that we open in 9 weeks?
