Holiday lodges - licence terms

When you purchase a lodge at Waveney River Centre, you buy the lodge together with the right to station the lodge with us for 40 years (or more).

The lodges are offered on 40 year licences at an initial ground rent of £3,166.50, reviewed annually. The rent includes ground maintenance, water & drainage supplies, digital TV service, window cleaning and standing charges for electricity and gas. The only extras are electricity and gas consumed which are metered and invoiced bi-annually. No ground rent is payable until 1st April 2009 and the lodges may be occupied at any time of the year, as long as they are not used as your primary residence.
