Touring & Camping

Our very popular touring and camping site occupies an idyllic south-facing location overlooking the marina and river, with leisure centre, showers, toilets & wash up area all immediately adjacent.

Use of the showers and toilets are included in the price of your pitch, and there are no extra person charges. There is also a small launderette, with coin-operated washing machine, tumble dryer & iron.

Waveney River Centre is a small family-oriented Park with space for 20 touring caravans and up to 30 tents. Booking ahead is essential especially during peak periods.

Touring caravan pitches with electricity are located on high well-drained ground with superb views. A number of our tent pitches have electric hookups and a wireless broadband service is also available if required. Click for full details of touring and camping pitch types.

Please note that additional charges apply for use of the leisure centre (£3.50 adults, £2.50 children). Family passes are available (2 adults and up to 4 children) at a cost of £35 per week or £20 per short break. During peak periods it is occasionally necessary to limit swimming sessions to 1/2 hour.

On arrival you will be shown your pitch location. If you need to arrive after 5.30pm then please ensure that you let our Receptionist know so that alternative arrangements can be made.

We are a family park and we ask you to have consideration for your neighbours, especially when returning to your tent late at night. Please note that no vehicle movements are permitted on the touring & camping area between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.

You can book by telephoning us on 01502 677 343 or online by using our secure booking system. A non-refundable deposit of £5 per night per pitch is required and full payment is required 56 days before your holiday commences. Once a booking is confirmed in writing you will be required to adhere to our booking terms and conditions.
